The program Kit Digital, the benefits program for Spanish SMEs that are working on their digitization process, is now open.
Kit Digital is the name of the program of benefits for SMEs and the self-employed through which the Spanish government will invest more than 3,000 million euros for the digitalization of small and medium-sized enterprises between 2022 and 2023. This ambitious program (the largest amount so far) is part of the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan, and is supported by European Next Generation EU funds.

Digitizing agents: Who can apply?
To access these benefits it is necessary to complete the admission form at https://sede.red.gob.es/. Among the requirements to become a supplier or Digitalizing Agent we can highlight:
Have a company with between 10 and 49 employees.
To have a tax domicile in Spain.
Have a minimum of 2 years in the development of its activity.
To have reached a turnover of €100,000 in any of the last two closed fiscal years prior to the application.
To be up to date with tax and Social Security obligations.
Not to be considered as a company in crisis.
Have the status of company, as defined in Annex I of Regulation (EU) No. 651/2014 of the Commission of 17 June 2014.
Digitalization bonds
The interesting thing about this subsidy is that it does not establish a maximum amount for grants. The Kit Digital program seeks to promote the implementation of digital transformation projects, so that the amounts allocated to each project will depend on the level of digital maturity of the companies, as well as the price of the digital solutions to be implemented.
3 steps to access the benefit
The grants can be applied for in a simple and straightforward manner.
The first step is to take a "self-diagnosis test", which can be accessed from the Acelera Pyme website. Depending on the results of the test, the platform will offer each company a different range of solutions.
The second is to consult the catalog of solutions offered from the Acelera Pyme marketplace. There, each company can choose one or more of them, depending on the objectives set. Once selected, they will be able to request their corresponding digitalization bonus. For this purpose, an access to the electronic headquarters of Red.es will be enabled in the Acelera Pyme platform.
Finally, once in possession of your voucher, you will be able to redeem it for the desired solutions, within the options offered by Acelera Pyme.
